New Construction Single Family Custom Home

This single family home was designed and built by HyR Building in collaboration with Masa Modern Homes. Located by Cedar Lake, the home overlooks a marsh and nestles into the small city standard sized lot. With a small footprint, we wanted to keep the house as far back from the street as possible while still providing a backyard space.

The design brings out classic modernism lines while also introducing warmer contemporary elements such as the vertical cedar wood slats, the warm colored cabinets, the walnut flooring, and the floor to ceiling framed windows and sliding doors.
